Create your account and start singing

Using Karaoke Mugen is very simple. The first thing you need to do is create a local user account. Just enter a username and password, which you will then use to access your account from your PC. Once you have created your profile, you can customize it by adding an avatar image, email, web page or social media profiles. All of this only really matters if you plan to use this account to sing karaoke in Online Mode. It is also a good idea to customize your profile if you are going to share the program with other people.

Learn to use the Operator Interface

One of the most important aspects of Karaoke Mugen is its so-called Operator Interface. This is where you can find and play thousands of songs from hundreds of anime series. Thanks to this integrated search engine, you can simply type the name of a series, a song or an artist to find the song you want to sing in seconds. With a single click you can play the song, with its corresponding video, perfectly prepared for you and your friends to perform it in a lively karaoke session. You can even increase or decrease the speed of the song, alter the pitch or blur the video.

More than just karaoke

One of the most fun features Karaoke Mugen offers is its Quiz. This game sets up a selection of music, and each player’s goal is to guess the song that is playing as quickly as possible. When setting up the game you can choose which playlist you want to use, how many points are required to win, and how many seconds of each song you can listen to at most. Of course, you can also hide the video of the song to make it more difficult and choose at what point in the song you want it to start playing.
