ARES Electrical

ARES Electrical is a software for developing electrical projects that possesses several automations built to assist in various steps of a project, specifically speeding up repeated work

How can AE help me to design an electrical enclosure ARES
ARES : To create an electrical project with automatic cross-references, there is a component wizard. AE has a library with some representations already registered and can be placed in a scheme.
The library register can be completely customized, and can be equipped with automatic names, technical descriptions, functions, manufacturer and internal code. Registering sub-circuits, that is, circuits which will form part of a larger project, such as a motor starter sub-circuit drawing, for example, is also achievable.
The AE also comes with features to automatically generate bill of materials lists used, cables/wires, terminals and tags, providing vital information, eliminating human errors and accelerating the design process immensely.

What do AE projects help me do when using a control panel ARES?
ARES : The designs produced in the AE follow the assembly technician from the bill of material lists and components’ specification, predicting the dimension of the wires and ducts, to the positioning of the components, the paths that the wires will follow and the connection between the items.
When assembling a control panel, a couple of considerations are the waste and safety of the wire and cables. Knowing where the wire is coming from or meeting with the wiring list created in AE, we can have a much reduced margin for error in the assembly of circuits in digital form before put hands on. Plus, you can set an additional margin when calculating the cable length so that there will be no cable insufficiency.
